Buying at Olivense is easy and simple, just follow the following steps:

Forms of Payment

Olivense has several payment methods to facilitate your purchase:

a) Transfer by bank

b) Credit or debit card

c) Paypal

We then specify the conditions for each of these forms of payment.

a) Transfer by bank

Olivense offers you the possibility to make the payment of the order by a transfer in our bank account:

All data is processed directly by Stripe, so that Olivense can always offer the greatest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

c) Paypal

Make the payment with your Paypal account. Using this payment method, Olivense never collects or manipulates any bank data. All data is processed directly by Paypal, so that Olivense can always offer the greatest transparency, security and confidentiality in the transaction.

Right of Withdrawal or Revocation

The present conditions of return, withdrawal or revocation are governed by the provisions of spanish Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December, regulating telephone or electronic contracting as well as Law 7/1998, of 13 April, general conditions of employment.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

Consequences of the Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of shipping costs) without any undue delay and, in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, and in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us in perfect condition (in case of failure to maintain the original packaging or any kind of damage, the product will be depreciated), and without any undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
