Shipments shall be made to:

- Peninsular Spain

- Balearic Islands

- Canary Islands

- any country in the European Community.

The shipment will be made by the express courier companies Envialia and Correos Express.

The shipping will be free for orders over 120€ in Peninsula. In all other cases, both the shipping price and the delivery time will depend on the shipping area, and will be shown to you before the purchase is completed.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (stock breakdown), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preference of time for delivery, you can indicate it in the comment of the order and will try to comply (to the extent of the route and timetable of the transport undertaking).

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the failure or delay of obligations due to causes outside our control, such as in case of force majeure or fortuitous event. While most deliveries are made within the specified time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, temporary inclemencies, high order volume dates, etc. In such case, contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with the time limits also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure that prevent compliance with them.

Prices, Taxes, Fees and Tariffs

The prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid unless typographical error. In the event of an error in the setting of the price, the price established for said product will prevail in the informative e-mail that we will provide when we detect the error.

The retail price of the articles do not include VAT.

Olivense will not be responsible for the SAD nor for the costs of import and taxes, taxes or tariffs generated at the customs office of destination, if applicable.


At Olivense we pay great attention to ensure that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. If, even so, you get an erroneous or defective article, contact us immediately via or calling us at 693751705. Before opening the product, verify that the packaging matches the one requested: colour, size, finish, etc. In case of any anomaly, also make an immediate complaint, before opening the seal or the packaging thereof.

When the product has been damaged during the transport it is essential that you inform us on the same day that you receive the goods and note the incidence in the delivery note of the carrier.

Products must be returned in such a way that they are protected, including in a protective box or bag. Olivense makes available to the buyer a transport company for the removal of the goods, completely free of charge. If you want to return the goods with a transport company different from the one proposed by Olivense, and the selected transport company offers higher rates, you will have to assume the difference of the cost of transport.


All our products are guaranteed at national level, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include any damage caused by normal wear and tear.

In case of defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Unless there is proof to the contrary, the products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements set out below:

a) Conform to the description given and possess the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.

(b) Are suitable for uses for which similar products are normally intended.

(c) Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type as the consumer and user can expect, given the nature of the product.

Once the order has been formalized, it will be sent to the address you provide in the registration process.

- Shipping costs to Spain (Peninsula): EUR 6.90 (including VAT)

Shipping costs are free for orders over 120 euros, valid only for deliveries in Spain (Peninsula).

For other destinations, the shipping costs will depend on the weight of the order and the geographical area of delivery, as it formalizes the order the exact amount of the same will be indicated.

Estimated time of delivery

- Spain (Peninsula): 2-3 days

- Balearic Islands: 3-5 days

- Portugal: 3-5 days

- Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom): 5-7 days

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of not being at home one more attempt of delivery will be made, and a third party at a point specified by the carrier.

Olivense will not be held responsible for any delays in the deadline due to transport incidents.
